The  Decree of January 26, 2009,  approved the Regulations for the Implementation and Organization of the Torre Guaceto Marine Protected Area. This instrument, established by the Interministerial Decree of December 4, 1991, establishing the marine nature reserve called "Torre Guaceto ," regulates certain activities permitted within the Marine Protected Area (sailing, commercial fishing, scuba diving, sport fishing).
The Regulations' Implementation Guidelines, which identify the procedures for carrying out and the requirements for carrying out the permitted activities, are approved annually by Council Resolution.
